The Great North Healthcare Alliance has teamed up with The Alnwick Garden to offer staff at Gateshead, Newcastle, North Cumbria and Northumbria discounted membership to one of the regions biggest attractions.
Staff can take advantage of this exciting offer for individual or family tickets at The Alnwick Garden or Lilidorei (or a combination of both) and pay conveniently through salary deduction over 12 months.
This offer is only available to staff who hold a permanent contract.
There are four options to choose from with individual or family memberships which include:
• Unlimited access to the named attraction(s) during its regular operating hours for 12 calendar months from the date of activation.
• Free car parking.
• Exclusive early bird booking and preferential prices for special ticketed events.
• 10% discount in the Pavilion Café, Bakery, Potting Shed, Groggery, Magic Muffin and ice cream kiosks (some catering outlets are closed outside of peak season).
• 10% discount in The Pinery Gift Shop and Plant Centre and Lilidorei Gift Shop (on selected products)
• 10% off Adventure Golf during off peak season

- By submitting this application, you are entering into an agreement with Alnwick Garden for the goods/services described, not your employer, but you are authorising your employer to deduct the relevant sums from your monthly salary, which we will forward to Alnwick Garden on your behalf to pay your fees to Alnwick Garden.
- All memberships are valid for 12 months from the date of activation. All membership codes must be activated within a three-month period beginning when the code is issued.
- Should you leave your employment, the outstanding amount of the annual pass will be taken from your final salary. Should this not happen, you will be invoiced the outstanding value – failure to pay the invoice will result in your pass being revoked.
- If you leave your employer and you wish to renew your membership, please contact Alnwick Garden membership team for your options.
- Your membership lasts for 12 months, but please note, Alnwick Garden and Lilidorei are closed on Christmas Day and for the entire month of January. The opening hours can change throughout the year, and there are times when The Garden, The Treehouse, and Lilidorei may close early. The Treehouse might also be closed all day for private events. To avoid any inconvenience, please check the website before your visit.
- Benefits and discounts are subject to change.
- Memberships are non-transferable, however, the member of staff can take guests using their membership.
- All visits to Lilidorei must be pre-booked online through this link, or via telephone prior to arrival.
- Memberships do not cover evening and special ticketed events, for example, Christmas Lights Trail.
- You must present your membership card at all dining and retail locations to receive discounts
