Public Transport - Making the journey to work easy

There may be occasions where it is necessary to complain about the standards or reliability of public transport you use.

Despite popular belief, Nexus are not responsible for all public transport and indeed this is the case for a large number of bus services, which are run on a commercial basis by the operators. You should always contact Nexus in the first instance and ask if the service you are unhappy with (and provided bus number) if the service is 'Commercialy Operated' you will need to contact the operator directly. If it is not, Nexus will be able to help with your complaint.

Nexus do provide a 'Consultation Panel' and want to receive regular commuter views. Staff are welcome to sign up to the 'Consulation Panel' and can find out more by clicking here.
