Applying for a travel pass requires completion of an application form which must be submitted to the Staff Benefits Team, Regent Point by no later than the 1st of the month you wish the pass to start. As all passes start on the 22nd of the month, even if your existing pass is about to expire, you must complete and submit a new application form for every new pass. Late applications cannot be processed until the following month.

The only exception to this rule is for passes that expire on 21st March. If the pass expires on this date, application forms must be completed and submitted by no later than the 28th February. This is due to the large volume of passes which expire on this date.

Application forms must be completed in full and payroll / assignment numbers can be found on your payslip or by contacting Payroll Services. Failure to provide a valid payroll number could result in your application being rejected or delay issue of your pass.
